Maxim manufactures the industry's most secure microcontrollers for the protection of secret information and implementation of robust cryptographic algorithms in hardware. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required before certain secure microcontroller documentation and samples can be made available.

NDA Instructions Download the blank NDA form. It requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. Fill out the entire form and sign it. Email to request a fax number to send the completed form. You can also scan the completed form and email it to the same email address. You will receive an email confirmation or a request for clarification. The email confirmation will also contain an address to which you must mail the original, signed NDA. Requested documentation will be sent upon receipt of the electronic copy of the signed NDA.
